Rasam is something I love. I make tomato rasam, limbu rasam, pepper rasam. There is a new rasam I learned from my mami.

Rasam is like a medicine in my family. If anyone of us have fever, cough or cold then rasam is a must.

Here is the recipe of this simple and yummy rasam. It takes very little time to make the powder as you don’t have to fry the ingredients.

Ingredients

1. Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 cup
2. Pepper                       2 cups
3. Coriander seeds        3 cups

Take the measured ingredients and grind them dry into a fine powder. Store the powder in an air tight container and use as required.
